Located in the heart of Bayview Village, Merci Condos — also known as 27 Rean Drive — is a contemporary residential development that combines modern urban living with a warm, community-oriented spirit.
The lobby and corridor refurbishment, led by Nura Planning under the creative direction of Anna Kravchenko, in collaboration with Workrite Construction Group, was envisioned to rejuvenate the building’s shared spaces and elevate residents’ daily experience.(www.workritegroup.ca)

The design introduces a French-inspired contemporary aesthetic, balancing sophistication and comfort through refined material selections, timeless finishes, and a curated palette that harmonizes light and warmth. The goal was to enhance first impressions, create a welcoming and elegant atmosphere, and ensure design continuity throughout the corridors — reflecting Merci’s enduring sense of community and charm.
Scope & Objective
This project entailed the comprehensive interior design and construction of the main lobby and residential corridors for Merci Condos. The goal was to craft a refined, welcoming arrival experience for residents and guests, and to ensure continuity and comfort throughout the corridor spaces. The design approach was anchored in elevating everyday passage into a refined, cohesive architectural narrative — consistent with Nura Planning’s ethos of combining cutting-edge aesthetics with client-driven functionality.
