A Complete Interior Transformation by Nüra Planning
This multi-level Annex home was taken down to its bones and rebuilt with a fresh, contemporary spirit. Our work began at demolition and continued all the way through final execution, shaping every step of the transformation.
We reinforced the structure, opened the floorplate, and redesigned the second level to function with clarity, flow, and comfort. Existing joists were strengthened, new LVLs were introduced, and the entire envelope was upgraded for safety, acoustics, and longevity.

From there, the design began to take shape.
We reimagined the kitchen, living, and bedroom areas to feel connected and bright, introduced a new sliding door system, reorganized storage, and refined the bathroom layout for a cleaner, more efficient experience.

What stands here now is balanced, cohesive, and designed for the way people truly live.
